Pacific Oil & Gas’ business plans are
all based on constructing & operating facilities in accordance
with internationally recognized safety standards.
In general, the LNG industry has an excellent safety
record. Globally, there are 17 LNG export liquefaction terminals,
40 import (re-gasification) terminals, and 145 LNG ships, totally
handling approximately 115 million metric tons of LNG every year.
Over 40 years, LNG has been safely delivered across the oceans,
during which there have been over 33,000 LNG carrier voyages, covering
more than 60 million miles, without major accidents or safety problems
either in port or on the high seas. LNG carriers commonly transit
through high traffic density areas.
Pacific Oil & Gas is committed to maintain the
safety standards set by the LNG industry.
